The first step is simply to reach out to our team to let us know about your upcoming move via your prefered method of contact and organise a site or virtual visit of your property and the items that are required to be transported.
Our team can then assess in what ways we can best assist you.
Customer Experience Team
Once our team has completed a virtual or on site inspection, we will tailor a strategy and provide you with a detailed estimate outlining each and every cost.
By completing a detailed assessment of your property, the size of the move and the access, Ignite Removals can ensure no client gets any unexpected fees and charges on the moving day.
The estimate will also include all our terms and conditions, policies and what to expect on the day.
In preparation for your move our team can deliver boxes and packing materials to assist with packing your items. We have a wide variety of boxes and packing materials to choose from to protect a range of items.
We can also assist with partially or fully packing your entire property.
In the lead up to your moving day, you will receive text and email notifications confirming the discussed logistics of the move as well as seeing the team members who will be assisting you and being provided a link to live track, communicate and share details with our operations on in field staff on the day.
Our team will arrive at the agreed arrival time in our branded fleet of vehicles and uniform.
On an item by item basis our team will work out if it is best to wrap your items in shrink wrap or protective blankets.
Our team can also dissasmble/reassemble any items such as beds, cupboards, washing machines and fridges.
Once our teams have delivered your items, we are able to partially or fully unpack and sort your belongings where you would like.
We are also able to come back and collect any boxes, packing materials, move items to different spots of your new property or sell any unwanted items on your behalf.
